

Scheduler Overview
The crmgrow Scheduler is an exclusive scheduling tool available depending on your current plan for the system within the Lead Hub. It allows you to create One-on-One or Group Scheduling Events that automatically check availability on your synced Outlook 365 or Google Calendar/s. 🗓️
How Does It Work?
When a contact book with you using the Scheduler, the scheduled event will be added to both your calendar and the calendar of the person who booked with you. Depending on your notification settings, the system will send reminders to both parties. 🗓️✨
*Note: The Scheduler differs from the Calendar Meetings tool. It may help to think of the Scheduler as how people can book with you and Calendar Meetings as how you initiate Meetings with people.
You will use the Scheduler tool to create unique join links for people to schedule specific in-person events, phone calls that can be inbound or outbound, Google Meet, Zoom, Calendly, or "other" online meetings with you.
BONUS: Add a Tag and Automation to a Scheduler event to trigger communication follow-up.
After you create the Scheduler link, you can insert it with a click of an icon into new emails, texts, and automations. Throughout the system, you can manually paste it into various communications, such as Smart Codes, Material descriptions, and Templates.
