Merged Fields and Communications Overview

When you create a Merged Field using Templates and insert it into an email or text message, it automatically pulls specific information from a contact record, making your communication personal and impactful! ๐Ÿ’Œโœจ This amazing feature saves you time when sending mass communications, as it fills in individual contact details for each message. โณ๐Ÿ™Œ

In other CRM systems, Merged Fields are often called "Tokens," "Short codes," "Variables," or "Merge Tags." ๐ŸŒŸ

To harness this powerful tool, simply click the "Merged Field" dropdown menu at the bottom of your text or email. Look for the three horizontal lines, commonly known as the "hamburger" icon. ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿ“งย

What Merged Fields Are Available?

  • Your Name

  • Your Email

  • Your Company

  • Contact Firstname

  • Contact Lastname

  • Contact Email

  • Contact Phone

*Note: The Email Signature will always be attached to outbound email communications automatically by default.

If you're on the Growth, Growth + Texting, or Elite Tier Subscription with a sub-profile, there will be an additional Merged Field set available from your email and text;

  • Assignee_Name

  • Assignee_Email

  • Assignee_Phone
