If you're subscribed to the Growth + Texting, Pro (retired plan), or Elite (retired) tier, setting up a smart number for outbound texting is necessary!📱✨ This article will help you choose the right SMS texting smart number for your needs.
When you sign up for SMS services, you'll receive a free SMS Smart Number for all your outgoing text communications. 🌈📤 After setting up your SMS Smart Number, you can register your Business Number to boost text deliverability. This option will pop up after you’ve chosen your SMS Smart Number! 🚀
*Note: Unused texts do not roll over to the next month. 📅❌
Q: What if I already have a smart number for another CRM system?
A: You must select a smart number with crmgrow to enable texting.

Click "Settings" and "SMS" to open your settings.

Click "Create Smart Number."

Enter the area code you would like for your number. Then, select the number you'd like to use from the list of available numbers.

Click "Save."
Once the Smart Number is added, the system will automatically direct you to the Materials tab so you can start uploading media.
