How to Review an Automation
Learn how to see who is assigned to an Automation quickly, what step they are on within the communication flow, and effect change to one or more contacts or pipeline deals assigned to that Automation.
Zoom in or Zoom out
The bottom left of the Automation will show two magnifying glasses. Click the magnifying glass with the minus sign to zoom out, and click the magnifying glass with the plus sign to zoom in.
View as a Full Page
Click the small outlined frame icon at the bottom left of the screen to view the Automation on a full page.
Builder Tab
The Builder Tab shows the flow of Automation communication. You will always see two bubbles at the top left of the Builder Tab field: Actions and Active Automation.
Actions indicate how many "steps" are part of the external texts or emails to the assigned Contacts, user-facing contact update actions, task reminders, and more.
Active Automation indicates how many Contacts or Deals are assigned to the Automation.
Assigned Contacts Tab
The Assigned Contacts Tab will show you a list of Contacts currently assigned to the Automation and give you access to take specific actions in bulk or on an individual Contact.
Actions include stopping the Automation, adding a new task, sending an email or text, making a dialer call, and more.
Assigned Deals Tab
The Assigned Deals Tab will show you a list of Pipeline Deal Cards currently assigned to the Automation and give you access to take specific actions in bulk or on an individual Pipeline Deal Card.
