Contacts Assigned (Team) Filter
Using the Assigned (Team) Filter enables you to filter the Teams you are a part of and review any contacts shared within that team.
Step 1
You can access the Contacts Filter by clicking the "Filter" dropdown menu at the top left of the Contacts Page.
Step 2
Click the "Assigned to" option.
Step 3
A pop-up box labeled "Assigned To" will open.
Step 4
Click into the field and select a Team to filter.
*Note: To add another Team, click into the field again and click to select it.
Step 5
Click the blue "Apply" button.
*Note: Look to the top left of the Contacts Page to see the Filter in place.
Step 6
Now, you can review results or continue adding options to the Filter.
Note: To see the Assigned Team Members per Contact Record, click the "Edit Columns" dropdown menu across the top of Contacts, then click the box to the left of "Shared With" on the left side of the pop-up. Next, click on the blue "apply" button. The page will update to show you the Assignees. You can use the "Sort by" dropdown to view Contacts A-Z, Z-A, last added, or last activity.
