Expectations & Set-Up List for the Wavv Multi-line Dialer

Welcome to the Multi-Line Wavv Dialer! This guide will help you learn how to navigate the Wavv Dialer and touch on some important settings that are unique to the Triple Line Dialer, which you should review and set prior to use.

Phone Settings

Voicemail

Record a voicemail to leave during outcalls in place of using your voice to leave a message each time

  • You can create multiple voicemails to leave for unique outcall campaigns to match your messaging in Automations or outbound communication you are sending

Interactive Voice Response Opt-Out and DNC List

  • This setting allows you to enable call recipients to hear a pre-recorded message that says, "Press 1 to opt out of further communication."

  • When the recipient presses one, the phone number is placed automatically onto the Wavv Dialer DNC list.

  • You can also manually add people to the DNC list.

Callback

  • Set an outbound Callback message to play and set the expectation that you will call back when you call two or three lines at a time.

  • If you are speaking with "Call 1," the callback message will play for "Call 2" or "Call 3."

  • This will play in addition to the IVR Opt-Out message.
