Step 1

Click on the Custom Call Disposition tile on the Call Report menu.

To open the contact record, click on one of the contacts listed in the call report results at the bottom of the page.

In this example, I want to delete the Custom Call Disposition of "Voicemail Not Set Up - NML." When I clicked on the tile, it brought up the Contacts associated with the Disposition within the Call Report section at the bottom of the page.

Step 3

Click on a Contact Record to open it.

Step 4

There are two places on a contact record to delete a Custom Call Disposition: the Activity Tab or the Calls Tab.

*Note: You can sort the Activity Tab actions by clicking the "Sort by" dropdown menu at the top right and clicking "Calls."

Step 5

Click the three dots across the top right of the Calls Activity you want to delete.

Step 6

Click on "Edit".

Step 7

Click the dropdown menu for "Call Status".

Step 8

Locate the Call Disposition, aka Status, that you want to delete.

Step 9

Click on the "Trashcan" icon.

Step 10

A pop-up menu for "Delete call disposition" will appear.

Step 11

Click the blue "OK" button to delete the Call Disposition.

*Note: Deleting a Call Disposition, aka Status, is permanent. It cannot be recovered by Support. You will need to recreate the status to use it again.

Step 12

Choose a new Call Status to apply to the Contact Record.

Step 13

Click the blue "Save" button.
