Calendly Overview

🎉 If you're a fan of Calendly for scheduling, you'll be thrilled to know that you can effortlessly link it to the system's Settings and Integrations. This means you can connect a Calendly event to the Calendly Landing Page Theme and take advantage of our amazing built-in Scheduler tool with your Calendly link.

Step 1

Click on the "Settings" cog icon on the system's left side.

Step 2

Click on "Integration."

Step 3

Scroll down until you see the "Calendly" tile and click on it.

Step 4

Click on "Connect Account"

Step 5

A pop-up screen will appear with "Calendly" at the top left.

Step 6

Click the blue "Connect" button at the bottom right of the pop-up menu.

Step 7

You will see a field where you must add a specific API key from Calendly.

Open a new tab and log in to your Calendly account.

Step 9

Locate your Calendly API Key.

1. Go and Log into your calendly account.

2. Click "Integrations & apps" on the left side of the Calendly page.

3. Click the "API and Webhooks" tile.

4. The page will update and show "How would you like to get started?

5. On the "Personal access token" tile, click "Get a token now."

6. A "Before you begin" pop-up will appear, click the blue "Continue" button.

7. Name your token.

   1. In my example, I am going to name it "crmgrow."

8. Click the blue "Create token" button.

9. An "Enter code to verify" pop-up will open, asking you for a six-digit code.

10. Open the email account associated with crmgrow and the Calendly email to get the code.

11. Enter the code into the "Enter code to verify' pop-up and press enter.

12. The page will update to a "Create your personal access token."

13. Click the blue "Copy token" button.

Step 10

Paste the "Key" into the field for the Calendly API key.

Step 11

Click the blue "Confirm" button to complete the sync or close to abandon the sync.

Step 12

You will now see that Calendly is synced with the system.
