Automations and New Deal Actions (+)
Using the "Deal" and "Add an Action" allows you to create different response communications based on the contact interaction.
Adding a New Deal to an Automation
Step 1
Open a New Automation or Existing Automation.
Step 2
Click on the "Plus Sign" Icon in the middle of the page.
DEAL NAME: Choose a naming convention that will be easy for you to recognize and remember within crmgrow. This could be a recruiting deal name, type of buyer or seller scenario, event, etc.
*Note: Click the "Merged Field" dropdown at the top right of the Deal Name area and click to add the Contact First Name and Contact Last Name automatically to the deal card.
DEAL STAGE: This helps you set up what triggers when the contact takes a specific action. Deal Stage Types can be updated within the Pipeline.
Default Deal Type options include;
Lead
30% Committed
60% Committed
90% Committed
Application
Submitted
Step 3
Click the blue "Insert" button 'to save the New Deal action to this Automation or Close to cancel to abandon the New Deal action.
Step 4
You will see a green notification stating "last saved" at the bottom right corner to confirm that the Automation has been updated.
Step 5
Continue building the Automation.
