Account Cancelation Overview

Please be aware that you must be the primary account holder to cancel a crmgrow account. 

What happens when I cancel?

Contacts

• The Contact Database of a canceled account will be purged and unrecoverable from crmgrow data 60 (sixty) days after cancelation is triggered.

• You are responsible for exporting your Contact Database.

Access

• Access to the following will cease 15 days after you cancel crmgrow

  • crmgrow affiliate will be released

  • SMS Smart Number will be released

  • Wavv Power Dialer will be canceled

• You will retain access to use the crmgrow tools until the end of your billing period.

Communication

• All scheduled outbound communication will cease upon cancelation.

  • Automations

  • Manually scheduled emails and texts

  • All scheduled bulk emails and newsletters

  • System notifications
